Charlotte Sins has reported having strange experiences with her new foster stepfamily. She informs the Social Services Agent on the case that she senses a strange tension between her and her new foster stepparents. She does not divulge the details of this tension but states that her foster stepmother and have both been physically affectionate with her in private and on separate occasions. Finally, her foster stepparents confront each other in the master bedroom, and invite Charlotte in to sort out her complex emotions.
