Paul - Scenes from my life. Extracts from Wildman Expedition & Cold Water Toughening. My Wildman experience was a week camping rough in UK on my own. Then a week in Thailand & one in Dahab. We were allowed shorts only & no shoes and had to just survive. Fantastic experience especially Thailand where I went really wild & covered my body in mud, swung from the trees, got bitten by insects cuz we weren't allowed coverings & spent part of the time nude.
